Graham was ordained in London, England as part of a team established there to re-open closed churches. Married to Céline and with kids (Hector, Léonie and Basil) it is Graham's huge joy to be leading us at St Jax! See more on grahamsingh.org.
Émilie was born in La Beauce, Québec and studied at Concordia University and in the UK where she caught a vision for church from Holy Trinity Brompton! Following her work with the Canadian Olympic Committee, Émilie joined the staff team at St Jax and is responsible for all aspects of building and community operations.
Anna comes from Guelph, Ontario and loves to make things happen! Anna has worked with our Rector Graham for several years and also works on Graham's national work with Church Planting Canada. Are you trying to make an appointment with Graham? Anna's the person to talk to! Anna is also a very accomplished painter and is newly married to Drew.
Rev Curtis Matoga
Curtis is in love with Montréal... and his girls (wife Marney and daughters Mia, Kate and Tori!) Born and raised in the Canadian Prairies, the Matogas came to Montreal with a vision to see the empty cathedrals of this city re-opened. God and life have woven a beautiful tapestry around that vision and the result is that Curtis and Marney have become a core part of our pastoral leadership and teaching team.
Rev Marney Matoga
If you're looking for Marney, just listen for her laugh! Marney brings such joy to our team and the wisdom of being mother to 3 amazing grown up gals and partner in life and ministry with Curtis. A Montrealer of now nearly 20 years (originally from Alberta) Marney contributes to our pastoral and teaching teams and helps us keep the show on the road. Need some encouragement? Look no further!
Mark normally has his hands outstretched for a great welcome, wherever he is! Mark has many years of experience in church life, along with his wife who is also our Bishop of Montreal, Mary Irwin-Gibson. Mark has a passion for seeing newcomers and members of the church connect in every possible way and in their own time and way. Are you new to St Jax? You'll see Mark and his team as you come through the doors and they would be happy to guide, direct or answer any questions you may have.
Michel has a passion for seeing how people, faith, community and technology come together, which makes him the perfect person to lead our many aspects of communications! In his day job, Michel works in the area of workplace security and he has also served as a previous Churchwarden of St James the Apostle Church. Michel is married to Louise Vienneau and they have two grown up children. Do you need any help connecting to any of our various communications tools? Just see Michel on Sunday or drop him an email!
